These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between LOCAL LUKES LANDSCAPING LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“client”, “customer”) in relation to the provision of our landscape design and services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We agree to provide the landscape design and/or maintenance services as agreed upon in the written quote or service agreement (“Agreement”). The scope of services, timeline, and fees will be detailed in the Agreement. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the service plan if necessary, provided we notify you in advance and obtain your consent.
Payment terms are as specified in the Agreement. This may include a deposit (typically 30-50% of the total fee) due upon booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the service. Late payments will incur a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding amount. We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card (additional fees may apply for card payments).
– By Client: If you cancel the service less than 7 days before the scheduled start date, you will forfeit any deposit paid. If cancellation occurs more than 7 days in advance, we will refund the deposit minus a 10% administrative fee. – By Us: We may cancel the service if circumstances beyond our control prevent us from fulfilling our obligations. In such cases, we will refund any pre-paid amounts in full.
Our liability for any loss or damage arising from the provision of our services is limited to the total fee paid for the service. We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., loss of enjoyment, loss of property value due to external factors). We are not responsible for damage to plants, structures, or property caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, pests, disease).

Intellectual Property

All landscape designs created by us are our intellectual property. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the design for your property. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the design without our written consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Agreement if the other party breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 7 days of written notice. Upon termination, you will be liable for any costs incurred by us up to the date of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
